I recently had a fantastic experience at this used auto parts store while searching for a few components for my older model sedan. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. I was immediately approached by one of the employees who asked what I was looking for. They took the time to listen and understand my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of parts available! They had everything from engines to small electrical components, all organized neatly and easy to browse. I was specifically impressed with the engine I ended up purchasing; it was in great condition and at a fraction of the price I would have paid elsewhere. The staff even went the extra mile to assist me in loading it into my vehicle, which made my day so much easier. One small thing I would suggest is improving the signage in the store. It took me a bit to find certain sections, as some areas were a little confusing to navigate. However, the helpful staff was always nearby to assist. Overall, I left feeling satisfied not only with my purchase but also with the customer service.
